**Note Regarding Written Prescriptions for Internet Pharmacies**

To obtain a written prescription to be filled through an Internet pharmacy, you will be required to come to The Cat Practice to sign a waiver stating that you understand the implications of having medication dispensed through an Internet pharmacy which is not approved by the product manufacturer.

Click here to view the waiver and print it out if you would like to have it signed and filled out in order to expediate your request when you come in. After presenting us with the signed waiver, we will be happy to provide you with a written prescription that you can use at any pharmacy of your choosing. We cannot mail written prescriptions.
